This year's Book Week, the storytelling and poetry readings pay homage to the poet Miguel Hernandez in Orihuela the centenary of his birth
On the occasion of World Book Day, the City Sewer, through the Department of Culture and Youth, held at the Library of Sewer, located in the plaza CAYIT, Book Week Storytime organized activities aimed at several centers local education and library users.
The Storytelling and poetry readings Miguel Hernández will honor the centenary of his birth, with about about 160 students and adults who have the opportunity to enjoy these days of recognition of Orihuela tribute to the poet with his poetry.
These activities are included in the "What story has Cayita!", By which the Library provides to meet the primary schools for the first time, also secondary education, the building, the history and funding of our library.
This year, we will share the experience with first-year students of Compulsory Secondary Education Institute "Alcantara" and the third-year Primary School and Primary Education "Jacinto Benavente."
Already on Tuesday April 20, from ten in the morning, have the presence of students at the IES "Alcantara" with "The whistle of the dale," poetry reading by the teacher and writer Consuelo Jiménez de Cisneros, while next Friday 23 April will be the College of Education and Primary "Jacinto Benavente" who go to the Library to participate in this week's paper in our town, taking the Storyteller "The books were born today."
Seniors also have a place in this activity since Thursday 22 April from 19:30 pm, the Public Library opens up to them to enjoy music and poetry recital with "Bad Moon ".
