Sewer City Council, through the municipal services of the Department of Social Services, Health, Seniors, Women and Migration, starts next Monday, April 19, four courses of introduction to computers and Word, training activities aimed at immigrant women and men over 16 living in our town and have a good understanding of Castilian, with the aim of the courses the participants to acquire basic computer skills, know and use the resources and services open-access municipal thus promoting social integration in the municipality where they live.
Performing in the classroom Walas Cultural Center "Infanta Elena" and in the Youth House, specifically the Local Development Agency, with the availability of the classroom monitor who will be responsible for carrying out training.
They may participate up to a total of sixty people, in groups of 15 students in each of the four courses, with two levels of content and classes from Monday to Friday, in particular from 19 to 23 April 12 : 00 to 14:00 pm in the Cultural Centre from 17 to 21 May from 18:00 to 20:00 in the Youth House, 21 to June 25 from 18:00 to 20:00 hours at the Cultural Center and from 19 to 23 July, from 16:00 to 18:00 in the Youth House.
The contents to be carried out, are the Introduction to Computers (10 hours): LEVEL I-people with no computer knowledge, "where the parties know a computer, the computer and its peripherals, use and handling of items peripheral browser "WINDOWS" most popular search engines and creating emails and settings "Outlook."
The contents of the Level II, Word and Internet (10 hours) for a person with basic computer knowledge will have the opportunity to create new files, inserting images, print, use templates and work on the Internet as a resource for routes training and labor insertion and conduct practical exercises with the search for information on Web pages of interest as well as completing immigration forms.
