Sewer Mayor Lazaro Mellado, and the president of the Association of West Industrial Estate, Francisco Cabrera, have signed an important agreement, which is established annually by the interest of collaboration that this City has with its main industrial attraction commercial, as is this large industrial area.
The cooperation agreement for 2009 has a financial support of 51,000 euros.

The signing took place during the meeting between the two entities, which also featured the deputy mayor of Industry and Trade, Juan José Gómez Hellin.
By signing this collaboration agreement, the City Sewer, through the Local Development Centre, attached to the Department of Industry, works with the Association of West Industrial Estate in improving the security of facilities located in the Complex, the refurbishment of its infrastructure, adequate signage and information, all within the framework of a strategic plan aimed at the promotion of industrial land and the Circle as a whole.
The actions specified are intended to make this an attractive area for new companies and, consequently, promote wealth creation, economic growth and employment generation.
The agreement states that the Association of the Industrial West is interested in creating the right framework for investment, and has been promoting and encouraging new companies in Sewell as a step towards economic development and employment generation, namely them in the service business and location information to anyone who requests it, and that given the circumstances and extent of surface d many companies in the same location is complex.
It also provides for cooperation in the security service contract with private security company during the 365 days, 24 hours a day, in shifts of 8 hours consisting of two vehicles reported by radio station.

The Business Association is also committed to this agreement to reach specific agreements with the institutions for the preservation and maintenance of green areas and roads in the Polygon, with repair of roads, street cleaning, refuse collection, maintenance and upkeep of public lighting, pruning and maintenance of green areas and trees, installing drip irrigation systems, planting trees in areas bordering the highway.
