The Director General of Vocational and Adult Education in the Region of Murcia, has performed the official opening of the Course of Adult Continuing equation in the town and opening the first course of Auxiliary Services Office for students with special educational needs associated with personal circumstances of disability

The Director General of Vocational and Adult Education, Joaquín Buendía, made in the morning in Sewell, the official opening of the Course of Adult Continuing equation in the town and opening the first course of Auxiliary Services Office for students with special educational needs related to personal conditions of disability, which has also been the mayor of Sewell, Lazarus Mellado, accompanied by the Councillor for Education, Josefa Santos and Social Services, Monica Garcia, were welcomed and hosted by the director exercising Continuing Education Center Adult Sewell, José Martínez Poveda.

ADULT CONTINUING EDUCATION

The course is now officially opened in Sewell, has about 700 students, 45 in the morning, with three groups of clerks, Barber and IT and the rest of the evening with four groups of ESPA (secondary education Adults), English Workshop, Hair, Computer Training School and University access for people over 25 years.

FIRST ACADEMIC YEAR FOR STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS PERSONAL CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH DISABILITIES

PEEM organized in collaboration with the Department of Social Services Sewer, already has registered six of the twelve possible and the chosen program will develop the professional profile of Auxiliary Services within the Office of Administration and Management family of different qualification programs initial vocational initiation in the form of special training of the Ministry of Education

Organized by PEEM and with the cooperation of the City Sewer, through the Department of Social Services has begun the initial vocational training program in the form of special vocational preparation designed for students with special educational needs related to personal conditions disabilities and preferably have completed compulsory education in mainstream schools and who have not received training.

Finally, the election was within the professional group for Administration and Management, developing the professional profile of Auxiliary Services Office, which have enrolled 6 students of the twelve, they can still do this and to register.

The duration of these studies is that of two academic years, as set forth in the Initial Vocational Training Program, within the Special Professional Initiation mode, from the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment of the Region of Murcia are carried out and develop in the Adult Education Center Sewer, on Calle Juan de la Cierva in our municipality.

These programs are aimed at young people with special educational needs, with a level of personal and social autonomy that allows them to access a job.

For the students themselves can be incorporated over 16 years and under 21 who have not obtained the Certificate in Secondary Education.
