Local police participate in the forthcoming special campaign to promote helmet (14/05/2009)

Local police officers involved Sewer from 15th of May until July 31 this year in the Special Campaign for the Promotion of Town on motorcycles and mopeds, which will seek to raise awareness among drivers actual use involves the use of this element of security.

The primary objective of this campaign is to reduce accidents that occur on our roads, and that 25% of motorcycle fatalities and 43% of moped occurred in urban areas.

Another objective is to reduce the risk of head injuries caused by accidents, increasing the severity of the same and the time of hospitalization
