This evening will begin in the Centro Integral de San José Obrero, starting at 16:00 hours, the pre-service training course, organized by City Sewer, through the Department of Social Services, being conducted by the firm Local Initiatives .
It will involve fifteen people and develop over the next 22, 23, 24, 27 and 28 April and 5 May, the last day Wala Hall, located in the Youth House to carry out kind of online job search.
It will develop pre-service training project in terms of its definition and characteristics, including their objectives and contents therein.
As the most important aspects discussed in this pre-employment training course in its theoretical content we are among them, with the Social and Personal Skills Required: The verbal and nonverbal communication, image and letter, the process decision making: problem identification, search and selection of alternatives, assessment of needs and abilities, motivation towards employment.
In the section on Integrated Itineraries Job Placement, teaches the Preparation of curriculum vitae; Preparation of the letter; Preparation of job interviews, analysis of market situation, demand and supply and actively seeking employment.
The working environment and possibilities will be another issue to deal with the differentiation between employee and self-employed, self-employment: concept, characteristics and strategies, rights and duties of workers
The respect of job search techniques on the Internet, the theoretical and practical, will know the job search tools on the Internet: search engines and strategies and actively seeking employment.
