Groups Municipal Sewer City Council, chaired by the Mayor of this municipality, Lazarus Mellado, approved unanimously at its plenary this afternoon a joint motion for the Tajo Segura.
At the same manifest flatly rejected the City Sewer Reform Project Status Castilla La Mancha, as this is clearly unconstitutional and undermining the unity of Spain and against the general interests of all Spanish citizens.
Sewer The City Council believes that the solution to the structural deficit in the Segura basin must, in addition to good water management conducted in the Segura basin, in the maintenance and consolidation of the Tajo-Segura, to ensure adequate flow of contributions to the needs of the Basin, and basin water transfers surplus, ensuring environmental sustainability and viability of our economic development.
Continue the Agreement stating that the City Sewer and requests rejected any request is not met detrimental to amend laws and regulations governing the joint use of the Tajo - Segura, regardless of the institution to which he comes.
It has also decided to request the legal bodies of the Autonomous Region of Murcia and the Government of Spain to issue a report on the constitutionality of certain articles of the draft amendment of the statute of Castilla La Mancha.
This agreement has been approved unanimously by the three political groups represented in our town: Popular + Socialist and United Left Greens, be referred to the Constitutional Committee of the Congress of Deputies, all the parliamentary groups of the Congress and Senate and the Government of Spain.
