CEIP Sewer Jacinto Benavente has 900 students, of whom 55 have special educational needs and learning difficulties 33.

Since the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year the center has three ATEs, one can only cater for the special features, just a student, another is dedicated to Open Classroom and another worker has to attend to other students, It is humanly impossible to carry out their work normally.

The September 11, 2015 was communicated to the Ministry of Education and Universities and the Directorate General of Public Function and Quality of Public Services the situation and the need to provide more staff to the center Jacinto Benavente

The November 27, 2015, almost three months after informing the need, the Ministry of Education says that corresponds to the Public Function aurtorizaión to give the center a new ATE .. The DG Civil answers us that the issue is pending approved by the Ministry of Finance, which is themselves.

After 4 months after notification of the need to address the school tells us that today, January 8, 2016, as things go in September and have not yet solved the problem of staff.

Disrespect of the Regional Administration, Ministries of Education and Finance and their respective directors head, Ms. Sanchez-Mora and Mr. Carrillo, is intolerable.

Have not understood both policy makers assumed a responsibility to solve problems not to generate more than we already have or to devote to pass the ball from one side to another while those who are suffering are children outside the ineptitude of our managers but harmed every day for their incompetence.

The little staff that has the center does its best to cater to all students and lack of resources have the least possible impact even on account of the very health of workers.

We wonder what would have happened if you were enrolled in that school any children of these officials, would we be at this point in the school year without meeting those needs ?, the answer I think everyone deduce.

We urge the Minister of Education and Minister of Finance precise coordination that the earlier authorized and approved by the corresponding appointments to meet the educational needs in the CEIP Sewer Jacinto Benavente.
