The City Sewer launched in our town, after approval in the last Plenary of the Municipal Corporation, a special payment system that will allow taxpayers to pay annual taxes of pro rata regular basis throughout the calendar year, or what is the same, establishing a system of "Tribute to the Charter," in which the Property Tax (IBI), both urban and rustic nature, Vehicle Tax (IVTM) are included and Tax on Economic Activities (IAE).

Neighbors Sewer and taxpayers with our town will benefit from the same starting next year and whenever requested for the 2016 tax year, by 28 February next year, as planned.

The fulfillment of tax obligations by this new system of taxes on demand, facilitate the payment obligations of taxpayers, having foreseen the following possibilities: monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semiannually or annually.

The mayor of Sewell, Joaquín Buendía, "with these new possibilities, we put at the service of residents and taxpayers a flexible and fully tailored to the individual circumstances of each, you can choose from different media and payment terms. without interest or additional financial charges ".

Custom payment plans "are launching a formula successfully in various Spanish councils and aim to facilitate taxpayer compliance with their tax obligations, fractionated payment of the full amount."

Buendia said that "with this new system of taxation to the letter, 15,765 Vehicle Tax payers, 16,024 of IBI Urban, Rural IBI 653 and 322 business activities may already qualify for this coming tax year."

Continues as in previous years also the possibility to do it in a lump sum, in installments approved by the City Council on 20 April for the Vehicle Tax, August 5 for the IBI and 5 December for the IAE, tending that if the payment of IBI we have previously domiciled in any of the bank Collaborating Entities, our taxpayers will have a bonus of 5%.

For those who now do not benefit in the first year of implementation of this system of "Tributes to the Charter", that is, to do so in subsequent years, the request for benefit will not be the first that has been adopted in this start, but will have as the application deadline of December 1 last year to which the request relates.
