The Ordinance contains a preamble, six titles, twenty articles, and four annexes two provisions,
Among the highlights of the articles, include:
- The requirement of all activities and facilities to suit the ordinance of the provisions.
- The graduation of sanctions adapt to the provisions of Article 158 of the Law on Environmental Protection Integrated Region of Murcia.
- The competent administrative body in an emergency, depending on the severity of odoriferous episode, may close the facility.
- Annex 1 all activities within the scope of the Ordinance are listed.
- Annex 3 explains the methodology for determining the emission and immission of odor generated by an activity or facility.
- Finally, Annex 4 lists the immission limits odor and ranking in the ratio odor offensiveness.
