In union elections yesterday in ARISING CHEMICAL Company, SA in the Old Way of Pliego in Sewell, one of the most important of the town, the Workers' Union -USO- of the Murcia Region, district to obtain 7 of the 9 Delegates were elected to form the Works Council for the next four years.
The employee participation in elections can be considered as very high, since I vote 80% of the workforce, since a census in the company of 108 employees, 85 cast their votes.
USO nominations and UGT had only elections since CCOO could not complete the list, and the polls gave the following result:
USE: 66 votes, obtain 7 Delegates
UGT: 18 votes, winning 2 Delegates
In the previous elections of 2011 the Works Council was formed by five representatives of USO and 4 of UGT, so yesterday's results show a job well done by the representatives of the USO during the past four years, despite starting a very high performance.
