The City Sewer take place in early 2015 a Joint Programme for Employment and Training for unemployed people between 25 and 54 years for obtaining the Certificate of Professionalism "Auxiliary Operations Administrative and General Services".
The program will have a total duration of one year and will be funded in full, will take place in a single stage of training alternating with work and professional practice.
Will participate in a total of 15 student workers aged between 25 and 54 years;
after the program ended, the student workers get the Certificate of Professionalism "Operations Assistants Administrative and General Services" of 430 hours and a certificate from the theoretical and practical training and qualifications gained.
The students will be hired by the City Sewer, as promoter for a period not exceeding the date of project completion.
During this stage the student-worker shall receive the wages to them for training contract and learning.
The program, funded with € 219.274'20 by the Regional Employment and Training and funded by the European Social Fund, aims employability of unemployed people through their professional qualification in alternation with the actual work.
It aims to improve the employability of the unemployed through participation in works or public utility or social interest, the realization contemplates specialties that have the certificates of professionalism.
During its development, participants receive vocational training for employment, alternating with work and professional practice.
Also receive throughout the entire project, guidance, counseling and professional information to enable them both to finding paid employment, and for establishing their own.
The students who are selected for participation in this project, both at the time of selection, as in the incorporation, must meet the following requirements:
Being unemployed, unoccupied, and registered with the Employment Offices of the SEF, and available for use.
Be between 25 and 54 years.
Possess the functional capacity to perform the tasks.
Meet the requirements of applicable legislation, to formalize a contract for training and learning, at least, the time remaining from the incorporation of the worker student until project completion.
It lacks qualifications, professional experience, expertise or professional qualification or above which will be acquired in the project of the relevant specialty.
Have the minimum requirements for access to training which provide professional certificates, depending on the level of professional qualification, which are reflected in the corresponding Royal Decree that regulates the professional certificate in the occupational family.
That lack of professional qualification recognized by the system of vocational training for employment or education system that enables to arrange an internship in the office or corresponding post.
