Sewer Mayor Lazaro Mellado, has been visited by the Health Minister Mohamed Lamin Daddi the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, which was accompanied by the delegate of the Saharawi government in Murcia, Mohamed Labat.

The visit is part of the scope of the collaboration that has been keeping the City Council with the Saharawi people.

Mohamed Lamin mayor thanked the solidarity that has been providing from the town and explained the difficult situation being experienced by their fellow citizens in the territory of the Sahara, with large gaps and no possibility to achieve independence for which have struggled with for decades.

I sent the mayor's request for assistance, especially food staples, and health education materials, transportation or could be done to reach them.

Meanwhile Lazarus Mellado echoed the words of the Saharawi representative and told him I would do everything possible to continue to cooperate with the Saharawi people, as far as we can and with the support of the toshers and alcantarilleras.

After meeting in the office of the Mayor, passed the Plenary Hall, where a few gifts were exchanged in remembrance of visit.
