Among the highlights of the articles, include:

- The grading penalties fit the provisions of Article 158 of the Law on Integrated Environmental Protection of the Region of Murcia.
- The competent administrative body in an emergency, depending on the severity of fragrant episode, may close the establishment.
- Annex 1 all activities within the scope of the Ordinance are listed.
- Annex 3 explains the methodology for determining the emission and immission odor generated by an activity or facility.
- Finally, Annex 4 indicates immission limit values ​​for odor and ranking according to the relationship of odor offensiveness.
Once all the formalities of information in the respective committees, it is expected that the initial adoption of the Ordinance carry the regular plenary session this July, to be held in the last week of that month
