Latbus continue to support the use and recharge vouchers that are currently in force in the town of Sewell.
Thus becomes invalid the notice issued by the company last Friday, on the abolition of subsidies for school, university and students in general, effective March 22.
The decision was taken this morning (Thursday) during the emergency meeting convened yesterday (Wednesday) by the Mayor of Sewell, Lazarus Mellado, and which has shown the willingness of both parties to find solutions to the current situation .
Latbus and council will continue to meet to consider options that make possible the payment of the debt accumulated in this county, amounting to four million euros, and the subsequent restoration of the bonds to the users of public transport in the town.
Latbus reiterates its apology for the inconvenience caused to its users.
