On the evening of Holy Tuesday procession celebrates Sewer Penance, with the Brotherhood of Our Father Jesus "Medinaceli" and Our Lady of Hope "Macarena", leaving from the Church of St. Peter the Apostle, opposite the Town Hall at 21:00 hours and through the streets Mayor, Ruiz Carrillo, Beata Piedad de la Cruz, Carrillo Jara square, streets Ramon y Cajal, Madrid, Bishop Juan Antonio Reig square Plà , Nona Street, Steps, Cross, Mayor and new the Church of San Pedro.
This procession takes as almost all sororities and fraternities of our town home and thrones on the shoulders of the various brotherhoods.
Since 1996 Nuestro Padre Jesus "Medinaceli" is ported with 65 shelves and for a couple of years with portapasos both women and men and the "Macarena" is taken from 1997 with another 65 shelves.
There are two steps that the procession processions, the aforementioned Jesus of Medina and the "Macarena", both of the Murcian sculptor Jose Noguera Valverde and in 1951 made the first and the second image in 1952.
The Brotherhood of Penance was founded in January 1951, being recognized by the Bishop of Cartagena on 15 March that año1951, and at present with 220 brothers penitents.
The Nazarenes of Christ Medinaceli look purple velvet tunic, while those of the Esperanza Macarena sport a green velvet robe with the hood and girdle of white satin.

As in the past year the images accompanied by music bands Virgen de los Dolores, Eagles and the Samaritan Alguazas, equally, singing arrows, Isabel, an a cappella singer in two points along both the Street, and on the street Nona and end of the procession at the meeting of the two thrones in the Plaza de San Pedro.

This brotherhood alcantarillera is twinned since 1952 with the Christ of Medina de Madrid, the first established in Spain.
Sewer Holy Tuesday was always characterized by the large number of women dressed in typical "handjob" accompanying Our Lady of Hope "Macarena", with special participation of women in the Housewives Association and the Federation of Cultural Peñas and Sewer festive, with the participation of the current queen of the May festivities, as well as the newly elected, on March 14, accompanying her bridesmaids.
The Christ is accompanied by a large number of penitents and promises, in silence, barefoot in the largest number of cases and closed the procession with candles.
