The IU-Green councilor in the City Sewer, Carmen Maria Pina, has filed a motion to the full next Thursday, February 23, which calls for support of the corporation to urge the National Government to revoke Decree of labor reform.
Pina has indicated that reform "will not create jobs and gives way to that with inconsistent justifications can be made general declines in wages, changes in working hours and changes in other materials included so far in collective bargaining."
The motion also requested the opening of a dialogue and negotiation between the social and economic and political forces in order to promote an agreement to promote a labor reform that guarantees the rights of workers.
