The Socialist Group in the plenary on Friday January 27, has requested an explanation about a possible favorable treatment to the person of Alderman of Public Safety, John Doe Salmeron, and to the husband of the No 12 on the PP list Sewer in the last municipal elections.
The reason is the expiration of two separate urban disciplinary proceedings initiated in 2007 and 2002, respectively, without applying the sanctions.
In the absence of convincing explanations, the Socialist Party spokesman Jose Antonio Sabater, announced in this House that his group will bring to the notice of the facts referred to anti-corruption prosecutor.
John Doe owns a warehouse located next to the road Boatmen on undeveloped land.
This work was conducted without the required municipal license and is in the General Plan land classified as undeveloped land, so that the work is not legalized and therefore its demolition would proceed and the mandatory economic sanctions, as reported by Planning Area the council itself.
The other case was opened by a work on the site of the Black Voice, also conducted without the required municipal license in the General Plan land classified as undeveloped land.
Both cases have common elements: in the two opened a file by the Town Planning Services of the City Sewer with an identical result: the works were illegal and had to knock them, besides paying a fine.
But time passed without those in charge of Planning, with the council to the head, take a decision, so both files have expired.
While this was happening, other citizens themselves were punished and were charged the fine, ordered the demolition of illegally built.
