The Regional Programme for the Prevention of Colorectal Cancer from the Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the City Sewer and Spanish Cancer Association, invites all men and women from the city of Sewell, aged between 50 and 69, has made the prevention trials.
These tests allow this type of cancer diagnosed in time, and the results that have been getting these very encouraging prevention campaigns on the avoidance of the significant impact that this cancer does to the population.
The tests are performed from today until 25 March and 13 April at the Health Center-Town Sewer, street Vivancos Mayor Pedro Cascales and since last March 17 and until 13 April at the Center Sewer-Sangonera Health, located in Mayor street Aráez Francisco Hernandez, behind the local police headquarters, being from 9:30 to 13:30.
The delivery tube screening necessary for the collection of samples will be delivered in the clinic and pharmacy contributor to the town, being collected samples in the appropriate office.
Colorectal cancer is most common in men and women together in the region, so working from the Ministry of Health to promote early diagnosis and public awareness.

As previously announced the general director of Public Health, more than 60,000 men and women in the Region have participated since its inception in 2006, on "Cancer Prevention Program of the colon and rectum, thus achieving one of the mandates Health Plan 2010-2015 and to bring the program of colon cancer screening the entire population.
The confirmation step includes the collection of positive tests, colonoscopies, pathologic examination and procedures for recording the results that facilitate the evaluation.
This program consists of two consecutive days to perform a test for determining immunochemical FOBT and colonoscopy in positive interventionist.
