In this framework, and with the close collaboration of Hidrogea, this simple App has been designed, which will allow for a more fluid relationship between the City Council and citizens.
It is also intended that neighbors participate in certain decisions that can be taken from the City Council, that contribute to the best conservation of the city (street furniture, common areas, ...) and that they are informed about all activities and events that are organized at the municipal level.
What is SmartCity Sewer?
Alcantarilla SmartCity is the result of a great effort to unify different modules in the same platform, in order to facilitate the day to day of the citizens of the city of Alcantarilla.
The main objective of this platform is to maintain a direct and bidirectional communication with the citizen and provide information of interest in an intelligent and personalized way.
How many modules is the platform composed of?
The application is composed of 4 modules:
Citizen participation modules:
Your City Council answers: Send questions directly to the council that you want from the town hall and receive the answers on the same platform.
Suggests: You can send suggestions or incidents about the municipality with the aim that they are addressed as soon as possible.
Surveys: The platform has an advanced system of surveys to evaluate all types of activities or proposals.
Sensorization modules:
Real-time weather for the city of Alcantarilla.
Water consumption in the municipality in real time and relevant information for the citizen.
In short, module on air quality in the city.
Geolocation modules:
Activities and events: You can consult events either for the event or for the place of interest where the event takes place.
Generic modules:
Telephone numbers of interest
Social networks
Can you receive alerts from the app?
Effectively, the City Council will notify in real time circumstances that alter the daily course of the life of the municipality, such as power cuts, a change of direction in a street, events, parties, tax collection, etc ... and in general any type of communication to which the City Council decides to give this rank.
All these alerts, arrive at the mobile of citizens as a "push" notification, without having to enter the APP to receive them
We contribute in this way to have citizens informed and up to date with the important news that are going to be given in the municipality.
With what platforms is the SmartCity Sewer application compatible?
The SmartCity Sewer application has been developed to be compatible with iOS and Android.
In the case of Android, the minimum version with which it is compatible is with API 15 (Android 4.0.3).
In iOS we can install the application in versions equal to or greater than 9.0.
