Last Wednesday, February 7, was published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM), the tender for the hiring of the drafting service of the Municipal General Plan of Ordination of our municipality for subsequent final approval by the Community Autonomous
Currently, the urban development of our municipality is governed by the General Plan for Urban Planning (PGOU), approved in December 1983, a plan that has been out of date in these 35 years of validity, making it necessary to approve and entry into force of the new general plan.
With this public tender, it is intended to hire a team to correct the deficiencies that occurred during the processing of the provisional approval, in 2010, in order to elevate the plan to its final approval.
Once the final approval of the new general plan has been made, the urban development of our municipality will be much more realistic and adjusted to the expansion needs of it, since it will allow new residential, green and industrial areas to be available.
This new step is a bet of this City Council to get a more attractive municipality and that has a sustainable urban development according to their needs and those of their neighbors.
