Last Friday morning SS.MM.
the Magi of the Brotherhood of Jesus of Murcia, also were in Alcantarilla, in the Plaza de San Pedro, in front of the City Council, were received by the mayor of Alcantarilla, Joaquín Buendía, who was accompanied by the Councilor for Social Welfare, Francisca Terol , given that, as is already traditional, SS.MM.
They were on their way to the Casa-Taller "El Campico", to make one of their first deliveries in our municipality.
As you will know, in this place of El Campico, is this House-Workshop where Cáritas takes solidarity projects with the families that reside there, as well as the Marist Brothers, who are the ones who involved the Brotherhood of Jesus of Murcia, the popularly known as "los salzillos", to take in this place some of their solidarity actions.
At the head of the "royal expedition", was the president of said Brotherhood, Antonio Gómez Fayrén, along with other members of its board of directors.
Upon arrival, all prepared to receive the Kings and children with the enthusiasm to receive the toy they had previously requested in their letter.
And an important gesture that they make from the Murcia Brotherhood for these children alcantarilleros.
