Mr. Emilio A. Cano, local amateur photographer, has been the winner of the Cofrade Photography Contest organized by the Board of Fraternities and Seventh-day Pastoral Brotherhoods for the election of the 2018 Holy Week poster.
A total of 19 photographs of great quality were presented to him, being inspired in this occasion in the image of the Holy Christ of Mercy of the Brotherhood of the same name and that this year was the chosen one to appear in said poster.
The winning work is the image of Christ processioning on the night of Holy Monday and leaving the Church of San Roque, where they have their canonical headquarters.
The delivery of the diploma that certifies as the winner of the contest will be next February 18, 2018 during the events organized for the Day of the Nazarene.
