The Local Safety Board met yesterday in extraordinary session in the City of Sewer, to discuss the topics of the agenda, all related to the public safety of our municipality, it was chaired by the Councilor for Public Safety, Juan Antonio Mata, participating in it by the Government Delegation, the Secretary General, María José Navarro, as well as the Head of Coordination of Gender Violence, along with the Regional Chief of Operations of the National Police Force in Murcia and the Chief of Judicial Police of the Commissariat of the National Sewer Police Corps and as well as a representation of the command post of the Civil Guard Barracks based in Las Torres de Cotillas, by the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, the section chief of the Coordination of Local Police and the representation of our City Council completed with the Councilor for Citizen Participation and the official j
efe in functions of the Local Sewer Police, acting as secretary, the General Secretary of the City Council.
After the approval of the minutes of the previous session, we studied the coordination of the security device that we will have in the Sewer for the coming Christmas season, especially with special operations in all those activities that find the greatest concentration of people, in the fight and prevention against jihadist terrorism.

In said Meeting, within the order of the day, the adhesion of the Sewer City Council to the VioGen System was recognized and that the plenary session was approved on July 27, 2017, joining the Local Police Corps of the Alcantarilla City Council to the "Sistema de Comprehensive monitoring of cases of gender violence "in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior.
