It is the second edition of the certificate of professionalism in building cleaning that is organized within the project Empleáritas de Cáritas, which aims to facilitate the incorporation into the working world of people in situations of vulnerability or risk of social exclusion
The Empreáritas project has implemented the certificate of professionalism of Cleaning of surfaces and furniture in local buildings, destined to the formation of unemployed persons who live a situation of vulnerability or social exclusion.
The objective is to offer people with difficult access to training and the world of work, the professionalization of a service such as cleaning surfaces and furniture in buildings and premises.
During the course, in addition to the specific training will also enhance the empowerment of these people, as well as facilitating access to a job in decent conditions.
The theoretical training takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from the morning until the end of November when they begin their practical training of 80 hours in different companies of the Region of Murcia.
Empleáritas thus continues its path in improving the employability of the participants who pass through their courses, supporting the social inclusion of people with difficult access to the labor world by developing their skills and abilities.
This certificate can be launched thanks to the European Social Fund (80%) and the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia (20%).
The course is held in the town of Alcantarilla, in spaces ceded by the town hall.
