Although the Constitution provides for free basic and compulsory education, the return to school will cost families an average of € 1212 per child, according to the Organization of Consumers and Users (OCU).
For many Sewer families it is an inasumable expense.
In order to guarantee the right of the sewers to a free basic education, Podemos Alcantarilla will carry out a solidary collection of school material to help the most needy families.
The collected will be given to the Neighborhood Coordinator to be distributed to these families.
To do this, we can place a table in the garden of Campoamor on 6, 7 and 8 September from 18:00 to 20:30.
We hope that, just like last year, Alcantarilla will turn its back on those who pay for this crisis.
