Taking advantage of the visit that the counselor of Family and Equal Opportunities, Violante Tomás, together with the mayor of Alcantarilla, Joaquín Buendía, to the Summer School, at the Child and Primary Education School "Ntra. Sra. De la Asunción, "also had the opportunity to visit the training course organized by Caritas Diocese of Cartagena, which involves 15 students (fourteen women).
These training actions are carried out within the Emplearitas program, which is financed 80% by European Social Fund and 20% by the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
Also in attendance were the General Director of Family and Social Policies, Miriam Pérez, the General Director of Educational Centers, María Remedios Lajara, the Councilor for Social Welfare, Francisca Terol, the Councilor for Education, Juan Manuel Gómez and the Director of CEIP "Our Lady of the Assumption", Francisco García, being attended by the Training Technician of the CAS "La Asunción", María Luisa Candel and the head of Cáritas, Antonio Vera Manzanares.
The training course began last March 13 a pre-workshop and ended yesterday July 31, in one of the classrooms that said educational center gives them in this hot time, to impart the same.
From September will begin the delivery of the certificate of professionalism approved "Cleaning of surfaces and furnishings in buildings and premises," which will be held in the premises ceded by the City of Alcantarilla, next to said College.
