The Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries will begin this month of July the construction of a sewer and stormwater in the neighborhood of Las Tejeras, in the municipality of Alcantarilla, which has a deadline Three months and a budget of 350,000 euros.
This information was transferred today by the Minister of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Francisco Jodar, Mayor Alcantarilla, Joaquín Buendía, at the meeting held in the Ministry.
The project aims at the execution of a general sewage collector that collects wastewater from Antonio Cascales Alarcón, José Bermúdez and Francisco García Serrano streets and the prolongation of the Air Force, as well as the school of Las Tejeras, eliminating the pit Septic.
In addition, a rainwater drainage network is projected running substantially parallel to the sewage manifold.
The works consist of the construction of two pipes (389 meters and 338 meters) in length, which will evacuate the stormwater, as well as the replacement of existing services.
The meeting also addressed other projects, such as sanitation works in the hamlet of El Campico, whose project is in the drafting phase and will be completed next September.
The adviser also reported the progress of the rainwater network project on two bridges under the train track, which are in the bidding phase.
