In the morning of today the Mayor, Joaquín Buendía, has received in the Alcantarilla City Council, the Chief Colonel of Alcantarilla Air Base, Director of the Military School of Parachuting "Méndez Parada" and Military Air Command of Almería and Alicante Airport , Fernando Goy Martín, in the already traditional farewell that takes place before its relay in said military controls, that will be tomorrow Tuesday.
Reception was also attended by the new Colonel Chief, Francisco Javier Fernández Fernández.
Also at the meeting was the Councilor for Public Safety, Juan Antonio Mata.
This reception is part of the excellent institutional relationship that Colonel Goy Martín has continued in these two years 10 July 2015 - in the headquarters of the Air Base Sewer, as well as director of the Military School of Parachuting "Méndez Parada" Tremendously interested in the life of our city, where he has actively participated in all those acts that the City Council has been invited, as well as those organized by various associations and entities of our municipality.

The Command Relay Act of the Headquarters of Alcantarilla Air Base, as well as the Direction of the Military Skydiving School "Méndez Parada, together with the Military Air Command of the Airports of Alicante and Almería, will be held tomorrow Tuesday, July 4, at 10:00 am, at the Alcantarilla Air Base, Francisco Javier Fernández Fernández taking office, as Colonel's Chief of Staff, in a ceremony that will be chaired by the General Director of Personnel of the Air Force, the General of Division, Juan Antonio Delgado Zarategui.
Colonel Fernandez, 53, recently married, with three children, all of them Murcia, returned to the Region of Murcia, after serving as a lieutenant colonel in the Air Force's General Staff in 2011 Plans and in May of 2016, already as colonel happens to be head of the service of Plans in said General Staff, to date.
But his previous stage in the Region was in the General Air Academy of San Javier, later developing his studies from 1987 to July 1988 as lieutenant-student of Pilot of Hunting and Attack in the Wing 23 of Talavera la Real.
He returns to the Academy as lieutenant and captain was professor of flight and instructor until April of 1991 that leaves like captain to its new destiny in Ala 14 in the Air Base of Los Llanos in Albacete, like Mirage F1 Pilot.
From May of 1994 to September of 2006, as captain and commander he carries out several tasks again in San Javier, in the General Air Academy, as flight instructor, professor and also enters to comprise of the equipment of the Patrol Eagle from 1998 to 2002 , Being for four years the Eagle 1-Leader, the position of greater responsibility in the Patrol, since its expertise to the controls of the C-101 depends to a large extent the success of the exhibition, occupying the head and being like Leader who Directs all of it in flight.
Colonel Fernandez was promoted to lieutenant colonel in another new destination, this time in the MALOG (Logistic Command of the Air Force), in the office of the program A400M, from July 2007 to July 2008. From this date and Until July 2011 to Germany, for the Joint Air Power Competence Center (JAPCC), actively participating in this international organization as Combat Air Branch Project Offcer and Combat Air Active Branch Head.
Also emphasizing in its military life like Liaison Officer in the operation Iraqi "Freedom 2003" and Operational Officer of the Air base of Herat, in Afghanistan 2008.
