HIDROGEA has proposed the creation of a Social Fund for the year 2017, endowed with 35,000 euros, intended for clients in a situation of economic precariousness, whose purpose was and remains to establish the granting of individual aid for the payment of water and sewerage In the municipality of Alcantarilla and without any charge to the Contract of Concession of the Service of Supply of Drinking Water and Sewer of the municipality of Alcantarilla.

This Agreement will extend its validity throughout the year 2017, its validity is non-extendable, so that in case there is a desire to continue with similar initiatives in successive years, the existence and conditions of the same must be established by specific agreement .
For this reason, this Agreement may include all aid corresponding to invoices dated before the signing of this document, only if they belong to the current year, ie invoices dated January 2017 and provided they have been informed favorably by Social Services of Alcantarilla Town Hall.

The management of the Service was awarded to AQUAGEST, Technical and Financial Promotion of Abastecimientos de Agua, SA, under an administrative concession, for a duration of 25 years.
