This extension also subsidizes the support of older people who attend this center.
The counselor referred to "the quality that is provided in the day center of Afade to the elderly with alzhemer, which together with the other two day centers of majors that exist in the municipality, undoubtedly give one of the Greater coverage of the Region ".

Afade-Alcantarilla "is an example of responsibility with this work of helping citizens about the reality of Alzheimer's, but also with care, providing services and therapies that allow its users to maintain physical and mental skills for as long as possible And accompanying them in the battle against the disease, "said the counselor.
Alzheimer's affects about 17,000 people in the Region of Murcia.
