In the morning of today, in the City of Alcantarilla, has been signed the agreement of collaboration with the Commerce Association Sewer, by Alcantarilla Mayor, Joaquín Buendía and the President of the Association, María Dolores Cánovas Ponce , With an annual duration and for an amount of 7,000 euros.
The agreement was endorsed by the Local Government Board on 28 March, taking into account the interest we have both in promoting and facilitating those actions and programs in the economic and social sphere, as a boost and development of the local economy.
The Alcantarilla Commerce Association is a highly representative group of economic agents, which is small and medium-sized commerce, and has a clear and direct impact on the economic level of Alcantarilla.
Our common objective is to create attitudes of solidarity, participation and commitment in the area of ​​local development, establishing a collaboration that can generate important synergies.
For this reason, the Alcantarilla City Council, through the Local Development Agency attached to the Department of Employment, Industry, Commerce and Environment, will collaborate with the Alcantarilla Commerce Association in achieving the objectives set in this predisposition to make Sewer an attractive and commercially competitive city and, consequently, favor the creation of wealth, economic growth and the generation of employment.
For the Alcantarilla City Council, this collaboration agreement favors the development of the actions foreseen in the Strategy for the Promotion and Strengthening of Business Tissue approved by agreement of the Plenum of the Municipal Corporation of December 29, 2015.
