Four years has been the accidental Controller of the Alcantarilla City Hall submitted to a judicial process due to a complaint of a company for "fraud and fraud."
On January 18, a judge's order decreed "dismissal and filing of proceedings," because the magistrate says that there have been no data to support that the certificate in question had been falsified.
This, in other words, more forceful and in accordance with the basic principles of our rule of law, means that this certificate is authentic, correct and not falsified, that certificate was never modified.
But what is more, the judge even adds that if it had been possible to demonstrate in what was modified the registry of the city council "we would be before a simple irregularity".
That is why, from the City Council it is necessary to contribute to repair the damage to the image of its accidental intervener made from the media and from the Plenary of the City Council, demanding their removal.
On two previous occasions, justice was pronounced in the same sense as on this occasion.
After this third judicial decision, the integrity of the questioned document is confirmed again, and it responds to the work with dedication, dedication, institutional loyalty and commitment to its City of the accidental intervenor.
