But what is more, the judge even adds that if it had been possible to demonstrate in what was modified the registry of the city council "we would be before a simple irregularity".
And now that?
Who repairs the honor and the image, the past suffering can no longer be, with so many articles and voices that put it in question and asked for its cessation?
Because throughout this time, in the media, they have written a lot on the subject: "Audiencia reactivates the complaint against the intervener by fraud";
"The future of the acting auditor ... is in the hands of the Provincial Court";
"The head of the current acting auditor has become the workhorse ...";
The removal of the intervener will be dealt with in plenary .. ".
Those media can not dispatch the matter with an article in which it recounts all the facts and claims of the plaintiff company as if they had happened but had not been proven.

That everyone is innocent until proven otherwise, and therefore, in this case, no one has cheated, no one has falsified a document.
The point was to translate this message clearly and to replace, as far as possible, the professional image of the intervener.
An image that, on the other hand, for many colleagues has not changed.
During this time there have also been voices heard in the Plenum of the Town Hall who said, in a twisted way, "... with the logical presumption of innocence ... urge the Mayor to process the immediate cessation of the intervenor ...", calling into question their professionalism And its capacity.
