The works are cofinanced by 80 percent by the European Social Fund and its budget is divided into two annuities: 581.878 euros in 2016 and 1.418.121 euros in 2017.

The new building will include two differentiated areas, a sports hall, with 650 square meters, with capacity for a basketball court and dressing rooms, and the aulario, which develops on two floors.
This will have six classrooms, two of them of unfold, two offices, warehouses and toilets.
In the ground floor will be located the canteen, designed as a glazed box.
The useful surface of the ground floor will be 1,275 square meters and the floor of 425 square meters.

The action also includes the improvement of access to the center, independent of those for vehicles and pedestrians.
The area for school buses and for private vehicles will be adapted.
The execution period of the works is 12 months.
The Sanje Institute is currently formed by 1,196 students and 104 teachers.
