On November 19, the municipal group of IU-Greens: Ganar Alcantarilla, through its councilor José Ángel Durán Cerezo, together with Magdalena García Belmonte (councilor not attached) and with the collaboration of the Municipal Citizen Observatory, filed a Special Appeal in Contracting Matters against the agreement adopted by the plenary of the Town Hall Sewer on November 24, 2016.
The Coordinator of IU-Verdes Alcantarilla said this morning that the Central Administrative Tribunal of Contractual Resources has suspended the procedure of contracting energy services and maintenance of outdoor public lighting.
