The National Police has dismantled a criminal group of seven people, three of whom are minors.
They dedicated themselves to theft by carelessness or robbery with violence
Older people who came to banks to make monetary withdrawals or who frequented the weekly market were their objective
Agents of the National Police have arrested four people, all of Bulgarian nationality, aged between 28 and 39 years, in the town of Alcantarilla, for being the alleged perpetrators of robbery, robbery with violence and a judicial claim.
In addition three children of 13, 14 and 16 years of age have been found in homelessness that the criminal group used for the commission of numerous criminal acts;
All also of Bulgarian origin.
Since last September, and especially on Wednesdays, the day in which the weekly market is installed, the Police Station of Alcantarilla Nacional perceived a rebound in the number of thefts of that Murcia.

At the end of September a group of women in the streets of Alcantarilla was located that raised the suspicions of the Group of Judicial Police of that locality.
Various inquiries were made regarding the identification of each member of the group.
Through the information provided in different complaints by people who had been victims;
Mostly elderly people who had at some point been approached by women from Eastern Europe;
The members of the group of women could be identified as the author of these criminal acts.

Immediately proceeded to the interception and arrest of the identified one because in addition their dress and physical features were in full agreement with the recovered images of the bank where some of the thefts had taken place.

Last week, agents of the National Police established a device for the arrest of all other members of the group: one man and two women who were found to have police and judicial claims for violent robberies.
In the police deployment, along with the detainees were three minors employed by the gang to carry out the abductions.
Two of the minors have been admitted to a Protection Center in the Region of Murcia since they had no relatives to take care of them and the other child was delivered to his mother who lives in Valencia.
This investigation has been developed by the Judicial Police Group of the Alcantarilla Police Station, collaborating with the Organized Crime Group of the Provincial Police Brigade of the Higher Police Headquarters of Murcia.
