Among the scheduled performances, it highlights the rehabilitation and recovery of the area currently occupied by the railway that runs through the town for green areas.
This action, with a budget of over € 60,000,000 has been approved by the Ministry of Development and its implementation is estimated will start this year 2016, assuming an undoubted transformative element of our city.
All Strategy for Sustainable Integrated Urban Development that arises for the town of Sewell, has its pillars in the opinion of citizens and various social agents that are part of the municipality, which has taken into account the conclusions and gathered initiatives in the various processes of citizen participation from the city Sewer they have been carried out in order to involve citizens and key social actors in the development and transformation of the municipality.
The implementation of our project will be facilitated by the resources already available, among which the fiber optic network surrounding the town and connects all municipal buildings;

SMART INFO SEWER, project integrates four Action Areas (SMART PEOPLE SMART MOBILITY, AND SMART SMART LIVING ENVIRONMENT):

Smart Living will promote public safety, quality of life and improve the attraction of the city.
Better management of road infrastructure, management of urban traffic and transportation, along with better and greater accessibility and mobility in the city, is the scope of Smart Mobility, with the installation of cameras and detection devices and as cameras and access control panels with real-time information to citizens, are the actions included in this axis.
And reduce the time employees by citizens when traveling and avoid traffic jams and consequent reduction of pollutant emissions, are the objectives of this area of ​​action, seeking a sustainable, clean and smart mobility
The fourth area of ​​action, Smart Environment, seeks to improve air quality, and better use and conservation of natural resources in the municipality.
With monitoring air quality, using three fixed stations (for measuring air quality certified analyzers reference purposes) and fourteen compact stations (for measuring air quality, provide indicative levels of contaminants, measuring various parameters such as toluene, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, ozone, nitrogen monoxide, benzene and carbon dioxide).
The design of a mobile application for monitoring pollutants are allowed to view pollution data easily, in real time, and focused on the location of the citizen;
the system will provide data for healthy routes adapted for generating and warning systems.
Environmental sustainability is the objective of the axis Smart Environment, completing the current systems dependent measurement of the CAAC and integrating the data collected on the platform that already has this administration, providing information to the public about air quality at all times, and allowing the authorities responsible in the matter and adopt preventive strategic plans.
SEWER INFO SMART is a project designed for Sewer citizens and visitors;

The realization of this project would solve a problem that differentiates our city, caused by the current problems in environmental matters.
This solution could be replicated to other municipalities that could suffer similar problems.
