The Mayor of Sewell, Joaquín Buendía, following the indications made by the Federation of Spanish Municipalities and Provinces and the Federation of Municipalities of the Region of Murcia, as in other municipalities of Spain, held a minute of silence in the square San Pedro, along with our City Council, to express our most emphatic condemnation of the attacks that, last night, took the lives, and 41 people in Istanbul airport in Turkey.

thus demonstrating the dismay of Sewer by serious and tragic events in Istanbul and as a show of support for the victims and their families, hoping for a speedy recovery of the rest of the injured who are now recovering in hospitals in the Turkish city.
And like all municipal officials, on behalf of the citizens of our municipalities, manifest as we have done so, our sympathy to the Government and people of Turkey, those affected and their families and all good people whose life It is somehow truncated by the terrorist unreason.
