The Governing Council has approved a proposal from the Ministry of Education and Universities, hiring of works of expansion and reform in the 'Sanje' Sewer Institute, with a budget of two million euros.
The works of expansion and reform of school consist of the construction of a new classroom building, a sports hall, a canteen and an area with toilets, all on the ground currently occupied by seven Institute building.
The new building will include two distinct areas: the sports hall, which can accommodate a basketball court and locker rooms, and classrooms, which takes place on two floors.
It will have six classrooms, two of them splitting, two offices, warehouses and toilets.
On the ground floor canteen, designed as a glass box is placed.
The usable area of ​​the ground floor is 1,275 square meters and the top floor of 425 square meters.
In addition, it carries out the reform of building Training workshops, with the expansion of the surface of the classrooms and the incorporation of porch space.
The performance also includes improving access to the center, separating those for vehicles and pedestrians.
the area for school buses will be adapted and intended for individual vehicles.
The deadline for execution of works is 12 months.
The award of the contract will be conducted by open.
The works are financed 80 percent by the European Social Fund and its budget is divided into two annuities: 581,878 euros in 2016 and 1,418,121 euros in 2017.
