Alcantara Sewer Institute, has been the scene this morning, the awards ceremony of the II Literary Contest "Stories Smart Water" in the category of ESO, which the occasion of World Water Day called Hidrogea.
Students who have won the prize, in this second edition, in the category of ESO, have been first Marta Poyatos, with his story "Auga him Erbos" and the second prize for Jonathan Ródenas with his story "The world of morning".
At this awards ceremony attended by the Mayor of Sewell, Joaquín Buendía, the Director General of Hidrogea, Javier Ybarra and the Director of the Institute Alcantara Ginés Ruiz.
In this second edition of the event it has been consolidated with 240 papers presented in 39 schools in different municipalities in which Hidrogea operates.
The contest aims to contribute to the diffusion of water culture and encourage the active participation of youth in sustainable use of water and environmental care through literature.
