Sewer Mayor Joaquin Buendia, received at the City Sewer, at twenty Norwegian students in the city of Ã…s, found in our municipality, within the Exchange Project studies, including students of Spain, specifically with IES students Alcantara.
At the reception also they attended the three Norwegian teachers and Spanish tosher center with bilingual program coordinator, Professor Manuela Cerezo, who a year organizes an exchange project with Norwegian school.
Along with the Mayor, he was the Director of IES Alcántara, Ginés Ruiz Bueno.
Later visited the Museo de la Huerta, in our town.
Along with pictures and addressing them in English, the Mayor of Sewell, Joaquín Buendía, gave a brief overview of the history and the social, cultural and industrial life of our town.
This project is divided into two parts, the week of 10 to 16 April, this group of 27 Norwegian students, accompanied by three teachers, visit Sewer and Murcia.
Students are Ungdomsskole city center of Ã…s, Norway.
They are staying with Spanish families exchange students taking a week of activities such as theater workshops, music, dance, science experiments, Spanish classes, excursions, etc.
and endless acts that will enrich both groups, Spanish and Norwegian.
Week 5 to June 11, the students will visit toshers Ã…s, also accompanied by three Spanish teachers.

The Norwegian town of Ã…s is a small municipality belonging to the county of Akershus, located not far away, 28 km. South of the city of Oslo.

One of its most popular attractions is the da Vinci Bridge, a replica of 240 meters over a bridge that Leonardo da Vinci proposed in 1502 for crossing the Golden Horn, the historic estuary at the entrance of the Bosphorus Strait, which divides the Turkish city of Istanbul.
