From half past seven p.m. has its output from the Church of St. Peter the Apostle, the procession of the Holy Burial of Christ, with six brotherhoods nine thrones through the streets of Sewell.
The procession begins with the two thrones of the Royal Brotherhood of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno, first with the parading of the image of Santa Maria Magdalena, conducted in 2008 by the Murcian sculptor Jesus Dimas Molina, being carried by 75 women, the throne held in the same year in workshops Salmeron of Ciudad Real.
Then this same Brotherhood parading with the Christ of Calvary, the mystery is composed of: Christ Calvario 1991, San Juan Virgen Dolorosa 1993 and 1994, works all tosher sculptor Anastasio Martinez Valcárcel, being carried by 80 portapasos.
The Royal Brotherhood of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno has its beginnings in 1709, has 320 brothers, purple tunic, cape and hood with white satin.
the fact that the Brotherhood since 1952 that SARD Juan de Borbon, Brother be accepted Honorary Mayor and gives the title of Royal Brotherhood of Nuestro is given.

After Santa Cruz, without the Christ of Consolation, for the occasion, said Cross has woven the cloth of a shroud, being ported the throne for 70 portapasos of the Brotherhood of Christ of Consuelo, telling the same with 320 brothers, who wear satin black tunic and hood, gold satin coat and cingulate.
The current throne was made in 2007, in Aragon and goldsmiths Pineda, Motril (Granada), silver and wood with mahogany background.
Then parading the first images of the Brotherhood of Ntra. Ms. of Sorrows, the Holy Christ of Mercy, carving made in 1991 by the Castilian sculptor Jose Vazquez Juncal, being carried on the shoulders by 110 shelves, with silver throne with pedestal, which shoulders the brothers also lead on Good Friday, being the throne largest of all the Easter, made in silver in the workshops Aragon Pineda, Motril (Granada).
This year will be a source of attention of photographers as it will be the image of the poster for Easter 2013.
The time comes in the procession of the holder thereof, belonging to the Confraternity of the Most Holy Body of Christ "Lord of the World" and Entombment, goes processions through the streets of Alcantarilla with his image of Reclining Christ, made in 1944 by Joseph plans, National Sculpture Prize in 1947. The image was acquired by the City Sewer and later donated to the Brotherhood of the Holy Sepulchre.
This municipal purchase has a history suggestive, is that being Mayor of Sewell in 1945, Juan Antonio Lopez Hurtado, once authorized, acquires the size of the recumbent Christ, having been awarded the third National Exhibition, costing 15,000 pesetas, paying them the City in two installments.
Thus, the mayor agreed to the request submitted to it several men from the village and old Brothers and reconciling the City Council with the Brotherhood of the Lord, not before receiving the three hundred reales that were owed by the City from three centuries (year 1875), and that the City was required to tributarles three hundred real and thus able to name the brothers who were taking the pallium.
In that year the institution failed to comply and the Cabildo which was made by the parish priest, Big Brother and the Brothers assistants, while the City Council decided that no such liability retribuyese not have this right.
The story is written and thus appears in a Book of the Brotherhood of the Lord, the year 1,688.
Since the acquisition in 1945 of such size and once paid off debt, both the City Sewer and its mayor at the head, are honorary members of the Board of the Brotherhood of the Holy Sepulchre.

The throne is beautiful, covered his woodcarving with "gold leaf" and leaving the old fashioned way with known "tears" glass with different arms of candelabras, is carried by 83 portapasos and parade this year with 183 Nazarenes.

To end the procession with the Brotherhood of Ntra. Sra. De los Dolores, with the image of Ntra. Sra. De los Dolores also parades the night of Good Friday, the sculptor José Sánchez Lozano and carried out in 1953, wearing a black cloak image velvet embroidered in silver and other details of porcelain, made by the nuns of the Immaculate Conception of Jaen.
The Brotherhood of Our Lady of Sorrows and Holy Christ of Mercy, was refounded in 1939, although its origin dates back to the seventeenth century.
Counting today with about 500 Brothers.
In this procession traditionally the end of the procession parading along with the Board of Brotherhoods Pasionarias, representatives of all the Brotherhoods, the first municipal authorities to completo- -the Municipal Corporation and the various civil and military sectors of our city, including the head of the Air Base Sewer colonel, next to a picket of it.
The route of this procession is St. Peter's Square, Main Street, to the Fielato, streets Ramon y Cajal, Beata Piedad de la Cruz, square Juan XXIII, streets droves, Cruz, Steps, Tram and back to the High Street to finish in the Church of San Pedro.
