| It is open to participants of all ages and can be followed by the City Council's YouTube channel and the website www.alcantarilla-comicvideogames.com | The Alcantarilla City Council has prepared for next weekend a digital meeting on comics, illustration and video games, with online workshops to follow live through the City Council's YouTube channel and the social networks of the Department of Education, Culture and Youth.
'Alcantarilla Comics and Videogames' is open to participants of all ages, it will be held from Friday 29 to Sunday 31 January and to participate it is necessary to register on the web: www.alcantarilla-comicvideogames.com, where you can also follow live all activities.
There will be a total of eight workshops on lightsabers, illustrations, creation of armor and video games, 3D animation and crafts.
In addition, it will feature two masterclasses by renowned artists such as Salva Espín, a Marvel illustrator, or Chema Lajarinez who will help us create our first comic strip.
Tournaments of the most popular video games, contests, talks, makeup workshops and characterization for special effects, along with a virtual tour of the history and museum of the video game and an exhibition of works by participating artists complete the program.
The virtual room will have the collaboration of the team from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, to talk about E-Sports, and first-rate streamers and youtubers, such as Alba Visius, Riskbreaker, Albavicius, Moyorz, Shayton, and Alicia Morote, who will interact with the assistants.
In addition, 'The Good Gamer' will give a talk on the safety and responsible use of new technologies for the youngest.
