The mayor of Alcantarilla, Joaqu�n Buend�a, has issued a Bando to ask the neighbors for the maximum collaboration in respecting the standards established by the regional government, by the health authorities and by the City of Alcantarilla "With the sole objective of stopping the spread of infections in the city", he pointed out.

"The situation is serious enough for all of us to make the maximum effort", Buend�a stressed, "at this time it is essential to avoid all meetings with people who do not belong to our nucleus of coexistence" , he added.

The municipality of Alcantarilla is at extreme risk, along with other towns in the Region, so public spaces are closed to avoid meetings and slow the spread of infections.

The Local Police has increased the work of information and monitoring of compliance with regulations and the regional government decreed last week the perimeter closure.
