| Most of it is due to the misuse or absence of a mask, not respecting the curfew or breaching the perimeter closure of the municipality without justification | The Local Police of Alcantarilla has raised a total of 735 reports of complaint since July for breach of the rules established by the health authorities to stop the expansion of Covid-19.Of these, 462 are due to the misuse of the mask by citizens or not wearing it, another 75 have been for not respecting the curfew established between 11 p.m.
and 6 a.m.
and 58 for breaching the prohibition to go out or enter from any of the 45 municipalities of the Region, established by the regional government with the perimeter closure of all localities, except on justified occasions.The Councilor for Citizen Security, Víctor Martínez del Baño, pointed out that "the Local Police are exhaustively monitoring that the regulations are met in Sewer, the neighbors can rest assured that our agents severely punish those irresponsible who breach them" .In addition, the Local Police has imposed 50 penalties for consuming alcoholic beverages on public roads, 29 for smoking on public roads without respecting the safety distance, 14 for meetings of more than six people and 10 for breaching the closing hours of establishments.Other sanctions imposed have been motivated by exceeding the maximum capacity (9), not informing the clients of the establishments of the rules and limitations (7), exceeding the maximum occupancy of the vehicles (6), not using the mask inside of vehicles when occupied by non-cohabitating persons (6), organization of private parties with crowds of people (5), breaching the prohibition of consuming in bar bars (2), resistance to authority (1) and disobeying the duty of isolation (1).These complaints are added to the 660 acts that were imposed between the months of March and June, during the period of home confinement and de-escalation.To answer any question from citizens, the Police have enabled the email policia@ayto-alcantarilla.es, where they respond to questions about the regulations.
