| The 'Taxes a la carte' program allows flexibility in the payment of urban and rustic IBI, IVTM and IAE up to twelve installments monthly | The deadline to subscribe to the 'Tributos a la carte' program, which allows Alcantarilla taxpayers to fractionate municipal taxes, is open until December 30. To benefit from this system, it is necessary to direct the installments to a bank and choose the type of fractionation: in an annual payment in two semi-annual payments, in four quarterly payments, in six bimonthly payments or in twelve monthly payments, without any type of surcharge no interest. In addition, taxpayers who choose the annual or semi-annual payment of the urban and rustic Real Estate Tax (IBI) will benefit from a discount of five percent of the fee and those who choose the quarterly payment will apply a deduction of three percent. You can also split the Tax on Mechanical Traction Vehicles (IVTM) and the Tax on Economic Activities (IAE).
