The mayor of Alcantarilla, Joaqu璯 Buend燰, received today the cyclist Miguel 聲gel Ballesteros, who was proclaimed champion of the Spanish Road Cycling Cup SUB23 and Elite, at the 49th Valenciaga Memorial, held last week. Miguel 聲gel Ballesteros made the leap to professional cycling in 2018, when he signed for the Polartec-Kometa team and currently competes with the Caja Rural-Seguros RGA team. The mayor highlighted "the pride for the city of Alcantarilla to have athletes of the stature of Miguel 聲gel Ballesteros, because it makes us bigger and carries our name throughout Spain."
