When circulating on the roads and public spaces, the owners or keepers of the animals will be responsible for the collection of their excrement and their deposit in litter bins or containers, as well as cleaning the urination with water and diluted vinegar.
They must be equipped with excrement collection systems and a container with a mixture of water and vinegar (one part of vinegar in five parts of water) ”.The non-removal and immediate cleaning of excreta and urination from public roads will be considered a minor offense, and will carry a fine with a fine of 100 to 1,500 euros.The ordinance also includes that “the registration of potentially dangerous animals, when they are sterilized, will be exempt from the fee.
Sterilization must be accredited by means of a veterinary report ”.
