SITUATION REPORT OF COVID-19 IN THE REGION OF MURCIA APRIL 15, 2020
In the Region of Murcia until the date of the report there have been 1520 confirmed cases of COVID-19 infection.
The first case was declared on March 6 and confirmed as positive on March 8.
Currently, 200 cases are admitted to hospitals in the Region, of which 36 are in the ICU.
Epidemiological discharge has been given to 513 patients and 109 deaths have occurred, the affected persons currently being confirmed 898. The diagnostic tests carried out for the detection of coronaviruses have been 13,982. Figure 1 details the number of cases confirmed by COVID -19 in the Region of Murcia from the beginning until April 14, 2020.

Suspension of the payment of the corresponding fee for occupation of the public highway by hotel and restaurant establishments that have authorization for the installation of terraces, tables and chairs., As well as for the owners of businesses that have prior authorization for the Weekly Market and those previously authorized for street sales.
50% discount, from the end of the state of alarm and until December 31, 2020, of the rate for occupation of public thoroughfare for the owners of businesses that have prior authorization for the Weekly Market and those previously authorized for street vending.
Discount of the payment corresponding to water consumption, from March 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, to commercial establishments
Prioritization of payment to suppliers, minimizing the processing times of the corresponding files
Realization of personalized payment plans for companies that request it, with flexibility to the terms established in the fiscal ordinances
Support measures for families
Processing with urgency of all social emergency aid
Advance payment of scholarships to help the school students in the municipality
Increase by € 100,000, up to € 225,000, the budget for social assistance that is managed from the Social Services area to help families.
Bonus from March 1, 2020 until the end of this academic year, the fees corresponding to the Municipal Children's School and the Music School
The fees corresponding to the Municipal Children's School and the Music School will be discounted by 50% from the beginning of the 2020/2021 course and until December 31, 2020.
Increase in the amount allocated to the Social Bonus for water consumption, up to € 60,000, for the most disadvantaged families
Rebate of the receipt for water consumption corresponding to the months of March and April
